  2. I’m a frequent commenter at Mayo’s site; I followed her link here. Nice review — I say that because it accords with much of my own thinking, of course. 😉

    In particular, I was also convinced by this book that optional stopping is a key, or possibly thekey, irreconcilable difference in the approaches. It’s a toughy.
